PASTA FAGIOLI 
2 onions, chopped
1 garlic, minced
3 tbsp. oil
6 c. tomato sauce
1/4 lb. macaroni, cooked
2 c. cannelini beans
1 c. water
Salt & Pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano

Cook garlic and onions in oil. Add tomato sauce, beans, water and seasoning. Cover and simmer until mixture thickens, about 30 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and stir. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
