APPETIZER CHEESE CAKE 
6 oz. (3/4 c.) finely crushed cheese crackers
1/2 c. finely chopped stuffed green olives
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. cottage cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
Melted butter to coat sides & bottom of pan
For Garnish: Sliced ripe olives Pimento strips Chopped parsley

Coat bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan or 7 x 11 inch baking dish with melted butter. Place layer of crushed crackers on bottom of pan, reserving some for top.

Mix rest of ingredients thoroughly, green olives, celery, pepper, onion, cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and paprika. Pour over cracker crumbs. Chill at least 24 hours, or more for the cake to really set up.

When ready to serve, garnish with ripe olive slices, pimento strips and chopped parsley. Serves 10-12. Good for a large party.
