1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped green stuffed olives
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 dashes Tabasco
2/3 c. finely crushed Rich Cheese Crackers

Thoroughly combine first 8 ingredients. Line a 2 1/2 cup bowl with plastic wrap. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream mixture in bowl. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup crushed crackers. Repeat sour cream and cracker layers. Cover and chill overnight.

To serve: unmold; remove wrap. Garnish with remaining crackers. Serve with assorted crackers and vegetables.
