POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. cake mix (white or yellow)
1 lg. pkg. INSTANT pudding (vanilla or lemon)
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
4 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine dry ingredients. Pour in oil and water; mix well. Add eggs; one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan; bake in 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter, melted
Powdered sugar to thicken
Lemon juice to flavor

If glaze gets too thick, add more lemon juice to thin.
