MARBLED PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 c. butter
7 oz. marshmallow cream
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. semisweet chocolate morsels
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. peanut butter

Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; bring to boil and cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add marshmallow cream, chocolate morsels and vanilla. Stir until blended. Pour 1/2 of mixture into a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Dollop with peanut butter. Spoon remaining chocolate mixture over the peanut butter. Gently swirl mixture with a knife to create a marble effect. Chill until set. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 5 pounds.
