BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic
14 oz. beef broth
1 c. chopped onions
2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 lb. beef tenderloin, sliced
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. flour
Noodles

Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms in butter until onions are transparent. Remove from pan and reserve. Saute meat in same pan until brown. Add 10 oz. of beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 10 minutes, covered. Add onions and mushrooms.

Mix remaining 4 oz. beef broth with flour and stir into pan. Stir in sour cream until melted. Serve over noodles.
