BEEF - A - RONI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. water (or more)
Salt
Pepper

Brown hamburger, onion and pepper in skillet. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, covered for 20-30 minutes, stir occasionally.
