BEEF - A - RONI 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 sm. cans Contadina tomato paste
4 oz. slice mushrooms
2 tbsp. red wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Elbow macaroni

Cover bottom of large frying pan with oil. Brown ground beef and add mushrooms. When fully cooked, add tomato paste, wine, and salt and pepper. Macaroni should be cooked according to the directions on the box. Make at least 4 cups of dry macaroni. When fully cooked, drain and mix in with the meat mixture. Serve with grated cheese and garlic bread. If the mixture seems too dry, add a small amount of water.
