EASIEST ULTIMATE PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE
 
11 oz. Butterscotch Chips
1 cup peanut butter (either smooth or crunchy)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

In a medium saucepan on low heat, melt chips and peanut butter. Stir until well blended; then add Eagle Brand and blend well.

Butter a 9 x 9-inch pan, pour in mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

What kind of peanut butter did you use? I was wondering if I can substitute 100% natural peanut butter that doesn't have all of the added sugar. It's runny and I didn't want to try it without asking. Thank you

I always make a half batch to see how it works out. This is my 4th peanut butter fudge recipe. I just can't find 'the one'.
