LEMON AND GARLIC PASTA 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until done; drain and return to the hot pot. Mince the garlic. In a small pan, heat the oil and butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Toss the garlic, oil, parsley and juice, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper with the parsley. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper as needed. Serve at once. 384 calories.
