CORN CASSEROLE 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs

Melt butter and beat eggs before combining with other ingredients. Combine all ingredients and bake for about 60 minutes at 350 degrees. May need to cover toward end of baking time.
