CHEESE DIP FOR CHIPS 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 oz. Roquefort cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
Dash hot pepper sauce

Allow cheese to soften at room temperature. Blend in parsley, onion, celery and hot pepper sauce.
