CHEESE DIP WITH VEGGIES OR CHIPS 
1/4 lb. roquefort or bleu cheese
1 c. (8 oz.) catsup
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cloves chopped garlic (fine)
2 tbsp. milk (as needed for consistency)

Combine all of above in blender until smooth and serve with a tray of assorted vegetables and or chips.
