LEMON COCONUT PIE 
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3 whole eggs
1 stick butter, melted
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) can flaked coconut

Add sugar and eggs to butter, beat well. Add lemon juice and vanilla, stir well. Add coconut and stir well. Pour into 8 or 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Set oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
