APPLE PAN WALNUT CAKE 
1 can apple pie filling
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Spread pie filling in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix flour, sugar, soda and salt then sprinkle over pie filling. Mix eggs, vanilla, oil and nuts. Pour over and mix with dry ingredients just until blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. When done take out of oven. Mix together topping ingredients and cook until it comes to a boil. Punch holes in cake and pour topping over cake.

TOPPING:

Put on after cake cooks. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
