CHILI DOGS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)
8 frankfurters (cooked to your liking)
8 warm frankfurter buns

In a skillet cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned. Add tomato sauce, water, chili powder, paprika, salt and ground red pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. To serve, place franks in buns and top each with meat mixture. Makes 8 servings.
