HOT DOG CHILI 
2 lb. hamburger
4 tsp. chili powder
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. tomato catsup
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook hamburger with enough water to cover for 30 minutes. Add chili powder, butter, catsup and salt and pepper. Cook a few minutes longer. Stir in flour. Cook another minute or two, stirring. Set aside to cool. This is a quantity amount for freezing. Keeps well for some time.
