BLENDER CHEESECAKE PIE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cut up
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. dairy sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat together in blender (or with mixer) cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, eggs and almond extract. Pour into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 35 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheese mixture. Cool. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Top with cherry pie filling (or your choice of fruit topping) and chill.
