BOLOGNA CANDY | |
2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 c. Brazil nuts 1 c. milk 1 c. coconut 1 lb. dates Boil sugar, butter and milk to soft ball stage. Add dates and stir until mixture boils away from sides of pan. Remove from heat; add Brazil nuts and coconut mix. Roll in dampened towel to desired diameter, approximately 1 1/2 inches. Cool until hardened. Slice to desired thickness. |
