JK'S CHILI 
3 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomato, drained
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans hot diced green chilies
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 red chili pepper, diced & cleaned of seeds
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

In a frying pan brown ground beef. Drain grease. Put into Crock-Pot and stir.

Put in dry spices and peppers, mix with spoon. Put in wet ingredients, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Set Crock-Pot to MEDIUM and cook for about 4 hours, stirring frequently.

To serve, place in bowl and top with shredded American cheese or any cheese of your choosing.
