CHILI CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix (or your own recipe)
2 cans tomato paste
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 lg. can kidney beans

Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper in a skillet until browned and all pink color is gone. Drain off grease and return to burner. Add the tomato paste, chili powder, kidney beans and creamed corn. Cook until heated through. Drop cornbread (prepared according to directions) by teaspoonsful across the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for around 30 minutes or until cornbread is done.
