CRAB CAKES 
12 oz. - 16 oz. crab meat
1 egg
3 slices bread, soaked in milk and squeezed out
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. salad dressing
1 tsp. Old Bay
cracker crumbs

Pick over crab meat. Add egg, bread, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, baking powder, salad dressing and Old Bay. Shape into balls and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in deep fat and drain on towels.
