FRENCH PIE CRUST | |
4 1/2 c. flour 2 c. Crisco (solid shortening, white or yellow) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1 egg in a cup measure (beaten) and fill cup with cold water Cut 1st 4 ingredients until consistency of meal, then blend the egg and water until a ball is formed. Divide into 6 crusts. Wrap separately in Saran Wrap. May be frozen, keeps well. |
