GARDEN MEDLEY RICE 
13 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
2 c. assorted vegetables (broccoli florets, sliced yellow squash, peas, grated carrots)
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. dry Minute Rice
Freshly ground pepper

Mix chicken broth, vegetables, onion flakes, rosemary and garlic powder; bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Sprinkle with pepper. 4 servings.
