GARDEN MEDLEY RICE 
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
2 c. assorted vegetables (broccoli florets, sliced, yellow squash, peas, grated carrots)
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. dry Minute Rice
Freshly ground pepper; optional

RANGE: Mix chicken broth, vegetables, onion flakes, rosemary leaves and garlic powder in saucepan and bring to a full boil.

Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper. Makes 4 servings.

MICROWAVE: Combine all ingredients except pepper in microwave safe bowl. Cover and cook at high 4 minutes. Stir, cover and cook 3-5 minutes longer. stir again, cover and cook 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and sprinkle with pepper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
