GARDEN MEDLEY RICE 
1 can (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
2 c. assorted vegetables
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. dry minute rice
Freshly ground pepper, optional

Mix chicken broth, vegetables, onion flakes, rosemary and garlic in saucepan and bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper. 4 servings.
