IRISH TEA LOAF 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
Pinch salt
1 stick butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. raisins

Grease loaf pan. Sift the dry ingredients together and set aside. Cream butter. Using a wooden spoon mix in the dry ingredients alternately with the buttermilk. Add raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
