TEA LOAF 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. cinnamon

Bring to boil for 1 minute. Stir in 1 cup walnuts. Cool. 3 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix, then stir in 2 cups grated carrots and 1 cup walnuts. 3/4 c. water 4 eggs

Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Line two 9x5x3 inch pans with foil and grease. Place 1 cup batter in each pan, then top with 1/2 cup nut mixture. Repeat and top with remaining batter. Bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
