WALNUT - GRAHAM TEA LOAF 
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. oil
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder

In large bowl combine flours, sugars, walnuts, 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and salt. Blend eggs, milk and oil. Stir into dry mixture. Mix until well blended. Pour into (bottom greased only) loaf pans.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 60 minutes or until pick in center comes out clean. Cool on rack, run knife around sides and take out of pans.

For best flavor, store overnight wrapped in plastic.

Makes 1 loaf, 18 slices, 184 calories, 4 g. protein, 26 g. carbohydrates, 8 g. fat, 16 mg. cholesterol, and 193 mg. sodium.
