CALDILLO 
1 lb. round steak, cut bite size or meat of your choice
1/2 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. oil, for cooking meat and onion
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (I mash them up)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 lb. spaghetti, break into 2 inches pieces
1/2 c. oil, for cooking spaghetti
1/2 tsp. cumin seed

Brown meat and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, garlic, and salt and pepper. While this is cooking, brown spaghetti in oil, after browned drain oil and add spaghetti and cumin seed to meat mixture. Add just enough water to cover everything. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes, turn heat off and let set 5 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. Serves 4-6.

I cook meat in pressure cooker 10 minutes with about 1 cup of water, then add tomatoes and seasonings.
