BEST CHEESE CAKE EVER 
CRUST:

15 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix combination together and press into 9 inch cake pan.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add the egg yolks. Fold in the vanilla and stiff egg whites. Pour into crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour on cooled pie. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

Store in refrigerator overnight.
