PARADISE CUSTARD 
1 c. rice flour
3 c. milk
1 c. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. rose water

1. Dissolve the rice flour in 3 cups milk and the cornstarch in 1 cup cool water. Combine in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.

2. Add sugar and rose water. Simmer 15 minutes longer, until the mixture reaches the consistency of a pudding, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
