"WHAT TO DO WITH ALL THIS
TURKEY" CASSEROLE
 
2/3 c. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix, dry
1 pkg. frozen French cut string beans, partly cooked
3 tbsp. slivered almonds
4 c. turkey, sliced or cubed
1 1/2 c. canned turkey gravy
1 1/3 c. stuffing crumbs
1/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. melted butter

In greased shallow casserole, arrange in layers: 2/3 cup stuffing crumbs, string beans, almonds, and turkey. Pour gravy over all. Moisten remaining 1 1/3 cup stuffing crumbs with hot water and melted butter. Spread over casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
