1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients, except vanilla, in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil until almost dry. Add the vanilla. It will be dry. Pour out onto buttered wax paper.
