FLEISCHKACHLA 
Blanket for Dough:

3 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
half and half (enough for soft dough

Filling:

3/4 lb. seasoned pork hamburger
1/2 lb. or more beef hamburger
1 egg or more
1 tsp. salt

Roll out and put in meat filling. Close and deep-fry in oil. Fry slowly.
