MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
2 c. Cheddar cheese, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. season salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Place macaroni, eggs, celery, red pepper, and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Toss to mix. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings. Stir until well blended. Cover and chill overnight. Next day, stir and add additional mayonnaise and mustard if necessary. Yield: 6-8 servings.
