MACARONI SALAD 
12 oz. shell macaroni
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. plain salt
2 lg. onions, chopped
9 hard cooked eggs, sliced
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. pimiento, sliced
1 c. green pepper, sliced
2 (#2 1/2) cans English peas, drained
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain, blanch with cold water, and drain again. Add other ingredients except mayonnaise. Toss lightly. Then mix in mayonnaise. Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
