CANNED CORN 
1 qt. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. canning salt
8 qts. + 1 c. corn (cut off)
6 level tsp. canning compound
(Sod. Sulfite 5.04 gm)
(Salicylic Acid 18.0 gm)

Mix sugar and salt in bowl. Add canning compound and mix together. Pour into water, stir and pour over corn in stone jar or granite. Mix well and fill jars. Have equal amount of liquid in each jar, finish filling with hot water. Process 10 pounds for 55 minutes.
