CANNED GARDEN VEGETABLE SOUP | |
4 qt. chopped tomatoes 1 med. head cabbage, chopped 3 qt. sliced carrots 1 bunch celery, chopped 3 onions 3 peppers 1/4 c. canning salt 1/4 c. sugar Almost cover the above with water and simmer 1 hour. Put into sterilized jars and process 20 minutes in hot water bath or can be frozen. Add to cooked beef and broth for a good soup. |
