JELLO - COTTAGE CHEESE FRUIT
SALAD
 
1 lg. pkg. gelatin (any flavor - reg. or sugar free)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. Cool Whip
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
Nuts (chopped) if desired

Dessert will be the color of whatever flavor Jello used.

Place pineapple in a sauce pan; add Jello and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Add other ingredients and place in a serving dish. Put into the refrigerator until firm (approximately 2 hours).
