CARAMEL COCONUT SQUARES 
Cream:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Pat in ungreased 9 x 9 inch pan (may be doubled and put in 9 x 13 inch pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Combine:

14 oz. Eagle brand milk
1 (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread over warm crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
