GUACAMOLE 
1 avocado
Inside of 1 tomato
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste
Grated onion to taste

Peel and mash (with fork) a ripe avocado. Then add to taste, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, grated onion and inside of tomato. Add lemon juice first to keep mixture from turning brown. To get the inside of the tomato, you cut in half, then squeeze out the inside. Serve as a dip or as a salad dressing on lettuce and tomatoes.
