TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. can peas, drained 1/8 c. evaporated milk 1 tbsp. butter 1 sm. bag potato chips Stir first 5 ingredients together in 2 quart casserole dish. Crush potato chips. Stir 1/2 into first mixture and sprinkle rest on top, pressing down slightly with fork. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly and brownish on top. Serve with French fries for a quick easy meal. Great for working families. |
