1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. boiling water
1 heaping tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar, flour and cocoa. Add rest of the ingredients. Boil to thicken, while stirring. Use for ice cream or on top of brownies.
