EASY YEAST ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
2 eggs, beaten
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
4 1/2 c. flour

Mix water, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, butter and 2 1/2 cups of the flour in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining flour and mix well. Cover bowl, set in warm place and allow dough to rise until doubled in bulk. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. (Can be kept in refrigerator for about 4 days).

When ready to use, roll dough on floured board, shape rolls and place on well greased baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and let rise for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
