EASY YEAST ROLLS 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 beaten eggs
5 c. sifted all-purpose flour

Mix first 5 ingredients and cook until thick. Let cook. Dissolve 2 packages dry yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add to cooked mixture the yeast mixture and 2 beaten eggs. Mix this with 5 cups flour. Mix well and knead using a little more flour. Place dough in large greased bowl covered in refrigerator until ready to use. Remove from refrigerator and let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen.
