MAMA'S EASY YEAST ROLLS 
7 1/2 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
3/4 c. lukewarm water

Mix hot water, sugar, and oil. When dissolved, add cold water. Add eggs; dissolve yeast and add to mix. Then add flour; mix and refrigerate. Let rise for 1 hour in refrigerator. Roll out and let stand 1 hour.

For cloverleaf rolls, use muffin pan and put 3 (1 inch) balls in each muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
