EASY MOLDED RASPBERRY JELLO
SALAD
 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
1 pkg. frozen raspberries (thaw thoroughly)
1 med. jar applesauce

Mix Jello in 2 cups of hot water. When cool add thawed raspberries. Add applesauce and pour in 6 cup ring mold. Chill until firm. I always use the Tupperware 6 cups ring mold. It woks great (wipe a bite of vegetable oil on inside of mold if you're nervous). Garnish middle with fresh fruit.
