4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 cans condensed milk
1 1/2 qt. (approximately) whole milk (fill to line in ice cream maker)
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine eggs, cream, sugar, salt and vanilla in bowl and mix thoroughly with mixer. Pour into ice cream maker. Add condensed milk, stir well. Add whole milk to fill line on can (approximately 1 1/2 quart). Mix, mix, mix. Makes approximately 4 quarts.

FRUIT ICE CREAM:

Add 1 cup of presweetened fruit per quart of ice cream.
