SAUSAGE BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread dough (let rise following directions)
1 lb. sausage (fry)

Sprinkle minced garlic to taste, take off heat and drain fat. Let cool. In a bowl mix: 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. Kamono cheese

Add sausage and mix well. Flatten bread dough on cookie sheet to edge of sheet. Pour mixture evenly into middle of loaf. Fold over left side to middle, then fold right side to middle. Pinch together. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Serve for breakfast.
